Second annual Encounter Lock-in! We will be headed to the Big D for an action packed middle of the week summer day/night. So invite all your friends as this is an opportunity for us to meet new people, get to know others better and enjoy the last of summer! This is for all students 7th college. Yes, adults you can come too as a leader and we will wear you out!
When & How: We will meet up at the church on Wednesday at 12:30 pm (August 11th) and will return around noon on August 12th! We will be taking the church van and a couple of leader vehicles.
Sign-up: Two forms are required with payment in-order to sign up. The first is the GDX form and the other is the HCEFC parental consent form which you can down load or receive from the church. If you have attended other HCEFree events that form is good until August 31st 2010. However, you must still sign the GDX forms for 2010.
Cost: The cost is $60 per person. $5 spending money or less is all that might be needed. Scholarships are available.
What to bring: Money for travel snacks. If you want to sleep then a sleeping bag and pillow.
Plan: We will leave at 12:30 PM Wednesday the 11th. We will then travel to GDX where food will be provided for dinner, snacks and breakfast. We will be there playing games, ropes challenge course, rockwall, bounce house's, laser tag and everything else till about 6:30 am. We will eat, clean-up and head out. We hope to be back by 12:30 pm on Thursday
